What causes downdraft issues?

What causes down draft issues?

- Tall buildings around a property
- Nearby trees that are taller than the chimney stack – geographical location, for example, being at the top or bottom of a hill
- Cold Flues
- External or tall chimney stacks
- Stoves that are fitted without liners suffer from down draft issues

We are one of very few companies who offer chimney lining using more than one type of chimney lining solution. As well as twin wall flexible liners, we install insulated twin wall systems and the Eldfast ceramic lining system, all of which are HETAS approved chimney lining systems.

All our fitters are HETAS registered and only work for our company. Our staff are trained for a minimum of two years before we send them to HETAS for their official training and testing. Our work is then inspected by HETAS each year, providing our customers with confidence that their installation has been certified by a Competent Person.
